TCG Importer does not collect or store:

4. Data Sources & Third-Party API Usage
4.1. No External API Calls From the App
The App itself does not communicate with, transmit data to, or receive data from any external API or third-party service.
The App only reads data from our internal database.
Your Shopify store never communicates with PriceCharting or another third-party provider through this App.
4.2. External Data Retrieval Conducted Separately
We maintain and update our internal database using the official PriceCharting API through separate backend processes outside the scope of the App.
This means:
- No external API keys are used or exposed in your Shopify store
- No data is transmitted from your store to PriceCharting
- All external data flows occur only between our server infrastructure and PriceCharting
4.3. Third-Party Providers
We do not send your store data to PriceCharting or any other external service.
The only third-party services your data may touch are:
- Hosting providers (cloud infrastructure)
- Error tracking/monitoring providers (if used)
All such providers are GDPR/CCPA compliant.
5. Data Storage & Security
We store merchant settings and configuration data securely using modern security standards.
We implement:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
- Restricted access controls
- Secure credential handling
- Regular security reviews
- Database and server-level security protections
We do not store any customer personal information.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

Upon uninstalling the App:
- Shopify sends us an uninstall webhook
- We immediately revoke all store access
- Store-specific data is scheduled for deletion
- Only data legally required for billing or audit purposes is retained
8. Data Deletion
You may request full deletion of your data at any time by contacting:

We will delete:
- Settings
- Pricing rules
- Import history
- Logs
- Connection metadata
- Store identifiers
We will retain only legally required billing records.
9. International Data Transfers
Depending on your location, your information may be processed or stored in data centres outside your country.

- CCPA
- Australian Privacy Act
- Other regional data protection frameworks
10. Children’s Privacy
TCG Importer is not intended for use by individuals under 18.
